Hi, I'd like to request a feature we discussed with Isaac on email.
When we create a draft order with reservation of items on Source store, the quantity available in inventory directly adjust and Syncio performs inventory sync to Target store.
This works well, but we need this feature to work both-ways, if not, the reservation items for draft order feature is not usable on Destionation store.
Here is an example:
  1. We created draft order on Source store with reservation.
  2. Shopify directly adjusts quantity availability on Source store.
  3. Syncio directly adjusts quantity available on Destination store.
... this means it works with draft orders and item reservations, but only in one direction. From Source to Destination store.
When it is possible to you to catch it in one direction, it should be possible to catch it also in other direction.
There is also a bug (possibly error) that comes with this "not allowing draft orders with reserved items sync from Destination store to Source store".
  1. We created draft order on Destination store with reservation.
  2. Shopify directly adjusts quantity availability on Destination store.
  3. Syncio
    does not
adjusts quantity available on Source store.
  4. Anything on Source store changes and trigger the sync.
  5. Syncio adjust Destination store reserved items quantity back to Source store quantities (and holds reserved items quantities in "unavailable (reserved)" state. So it makes the reserve items feaute on Destination store un-usable.
I hope I described the issue correctly.
Thank you for considering this into future feature development.
