Sales Reporting Shopify
Angela Allan
Currently when a synced order is placed on a destination store and pushed to a source store the total value of the order is added to both stores daily sales in shopify even though payment was only physically captured on the destination store. If when the order was pushed to the source store the order was pushed as being zero dollars this would ensure that the order value is not being added to the daily sales and inflating the actual sales of the source store since the value of the order was actually captured in the destination store. Currently each day we need to manually total the value of all synced orders pushed to the source store and manually subtract from the daily sales shown in shopify. This is an issue from an accounting perspective and requires large amounts of additional labour to ensure that sales reporting remains accurate.

Totally agree with this. It's madness that it's accounted for with the full retail price in the source store.
Currently this is preventing us for using Syncio
