Can we have a way to show stock quantities to destination stores but don't see our full quantities of stock, but a shorthand version for example 20+ available instead of the real available stock value of 230?

As a source store, we would like our destination Shopify stores to see stock is available but not our whole holdings of products.

The full value is not always required as most of the time, the destination store only wants to know if you have an item in stock and available, not always the full quantity. They shouldn't have automatic access to this kind of data.
