As a drop shipping destination store, I want to be able to set different shipping rate rules per source store/vendor. Currently the 'one shipping rate for all' rule means I can't push any shipping rate through and have to manually adjust in payouts. It also means the source store doesn't record the shipping $ on their side as they would like.
