Automatically draft items that become "unavailable"

There should be a way of automatically excluding, deleting or drafting products that the source store drafts on their end. When they do this the "Sales channel visibility" changes from “Online store” to “Unavailable” in syncio, so there should be a way of excluding these from the online store in our store front.

I agree that this feature should be of utmost importance and truly hope it will be released at some point soon. The entire purpose of Syncio is so products do not become oversold; There has hundreds of times that I have sold a product that went into draft in the source store (but not in the destination store) causing me to waste countless hours fixing the embarrassing order issue with hundreds of customers. After years of this, my store has developed a reputation to not actually have products available that my website shows is in stock.

Speaking to the Product Team, to clarify: would you like Syncio to sync the Shopify Draft & Active status whenever the source store changes it and when it's updated we sync the availability of the online store sales channel with it? if so, we are working on a feature at the moment that will accomplish this.

Claudia: yes. When the source store goes to draft, ours should too. Ideally if they have something in draft that we have synced, we would be able to choose in settings if it changes status both ways or just from Active to draft.
