Adding a specific tag to a product when its synced would help a great deal on the destinations store where there are products coming from various sources. Would allow products to be dealt with in collections etc

Can't upvote this enough. We need to be able to identify SYNCED products, and adding a Syncio tag is the best way to do it. Ideally it would be best if we could define the naming of the tag in Settings ourselves.

I would also like to see a Syncio Tag added to Orders!
