Prevent duplicate media being added

Related to Synchronise media deletion it'd be great to have an option where it prevents existing media being re-added to a product and resulting in an extra media file with a duplicate uuid added to the file name.

The team has reviewed this and because the duplicates are created on the source store side, so therefore it would be better to look for another app that is specific for cleaning up duplicates. This would be outside of Syncio's control.
